Rosberg sweeps first day at Silverstone

CLICK HERE for the full British Grand Prix FP2 results Nico Rosberg maintained his position at the top of the timesheets during a trouble-free second practice session for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, with Lewis Hamilton down in fourth. The German topped FP1 with a late dash earlier in the day despite missing much of the session due to a gearbox change, but enjoyed a more uneventful FP2 as he turned in a best lap of 1min 34.155secs, just over a tenth faster than in the morning. It was enough to put more than three tenths between himself and Kimi Raikkonen, the Finn two thousandths of a second quicker than his Ferrari team-mate Sebastian Vettel as they both got the better of...
