Rosberg’s W06 under investigation

Nico Rosberg has edged past his team mate Lewis Hamilton to emerge as the fastest driver in the first practice at the British Grand Prix on Friday. The German overcame Lewis Hamilton’s time by just 0.07 seconds despite losing much of the session on account of loss of hydraulic pressure. During the opening practice session, Rosberg stopped on track after he exited Copse corner with a loss of hydraulic pressure and a recovery truck was dispatched to collect the car. His car was brought back to the pits after which news broke that Mercedes are under investigation as they had covered up the rear, which is against the rules.
