Mercedes reprimanded over car cover
– Mercedes has escaped serious punishment for covering Nico Rosberg's car after his practice stoppage at Silverstone, with the stewards opting to reprimand the team.Rosberg's car, which stopped in FP1 amid hydraulic trouble, arrived back in the paddock on a flatbed truck, and mechanics proceeded to cover it with sheeting.The FIA's Jo Bauer later referred the matter to the stewards, arguing that the outfit breached Article 27.4 of the Sporting Regulations, which states that cars should not be hidden.After assessing the incident, the stewarding panel – which this weekend includes former World Champion Nigel Mansell – has chosen to give the team a reprimand."The team covered...
