Horner: Formula E won't rival Formula 1

– Red Bull team boss Christian Horner has opposed Sir Richard Branson's view that Formula E will become a rival to and ultimately overtake Formula 1.Branson claimed at last week's Formula E finale in London that the electric series would in "four or five years" surpass Formula 1 in terms of popularity and appeal.When asked for his response to Branson's comments, Horner made clear his belief that the two categories should not be compared."I watched the Formula E race on Sunday, and it looks more like a competitor to GP3 than Formula 1," Horner told selected media, including GPUpdate.net."It's positioned totally differently to Formula 1.
