Alonso optimistic after McLaren’s consistent Austria test
McLaren-Honda tests the new ‘stubby' nose at Austria in-season test Fernando Alonso pleased with Austria post-race in-season test following McLaren made a clear consistency and double race mileage. The opening day of testing, McLaren test driver Stoffel Vandoorne successively took 77 laps and though he finished a quiet seventh on the time sheet.
