Williams reveals radical new winglet

The Williams F1 team showed how much it is pushing to improve its car when it trialled a radical new winglet at the Red Bull Ring on Tuesday. Having already introduced a major update for its Mercedes-powered machine at the Austrian GP, the new wing in front of the rear wheels was evidence of its bid to deliver even more. Teams are often frustrated by the limits on where aerodynamic parts can be introduced but the winglet is in an area that has not been widely exploited before.
