Alonso: I was lucky not to hit Raikkonen
McLaren’s Fernando Alonso says that he is ‘lucky' not to have caused injury to Kimi Raikkonen following their huge crash coming together on first lap of the Austrian GP. Exiting Turn 2 on the opening lap of the race, Raikkonen's Ferrari lost control of the rear of his Ferrari and swerved left towards the barrier on the outside of the track. With little run-off, Raikkonen collected Alonso at the same time and the two cars hit the barrier at high speed. Both are unhurt after a scary accident. “I'm OK.
