Ricciardo blames early exit on brakes

– Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo has blamed his elimination from the second phase of Austrian Grand Prix qualifying on a brake problem.While team-mate Daniil Kvyat progressed to the final shootout, Ricciardo could only post the 14th fastest time, three tenths off the cut.Kvyat and Ricciardo will start back in 17th and 18th due to engine-related grid drops, while Ricciardo will also serve a five-second penalty."We ran into some issues under braking in Q2.
