Tumultuous but positive day for Ferrari's men
Sebastian Vettel may have finished Friday as the quickest man, but he did end the afternoon session sitting in the garage with a gearbox problem. Kimi Raikkonen finished FP2 in P3, but was unable to do a long run on the super soft tyres after an error from the Finn. “In the afternoon session we had a problem with the gearbox as one of the sensors went to the alert mode and we had to slow down.' said Vettel after setting a 1.09.600 to go fastest. The Ferrari driver was just 0.011 seconds clear of Mercedes' Nico Rosberg with both on the super soft tyres.
