Vettel goes fastest despite technical failure- FP2 Report

Sebastian Vettel has gone fastest for Ferrari in Friday's FP2 session. The German driver recovered from a technical problem in the morning session to go quickest, but suffered a different failure towards the finish of FP2. Nico Rosberg was 0.011 seconds behind.  Slightly cooler conditions compared to the morning session greeted the field after the GP2 session ended and thoughts turned to FP2. An air temp of 16 degrees meant a track temperature of just 23 degrees, a slight dip from the morning; rain also threatened to strike at some point in the session.
