Red Bull confirms new engines for Ricciardo and Kvyat
Red Bull Racing has confirmed that both Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat will take a new engine for the Austrian Grand Prix. Ricciardo and Kvyat will be running with their fifth power units of the season at the Red Bull Ring, meaning they will both suffer 10-place grid penalties for Red Bull's home race. The team has struggled with reliability so far this year, particularly with the troublesome Renault power unit. The problems mean Red Bull has moved onto a fifth engine after just seven race weekends. Ricciardo said in Thursday's FIA press conference that he was braced for a grid penalty and said the team would decide whether or not to change his engine later that day. Red Bull confirmed...
