Pirelli confirms compounds for next races

Pirelli Media Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli has confirmed the tyre compounds which will be used at the upcoming races. The Medium and Hard tyre will be used in Britain, in order to deal with the amount of energy put through the rubber at Silverstone. For the following three races, in Hungary, Belgium and Italy, the Soft and Medium tyres will be provided by Pirelli. The choices are the same as in 2014, bar Italy, where Pirelli has taken a more aggressive step compared to the Medium and Hard tyres which were used last year.
