Force India to debut new car at Austria test

– Force India says it is currently on track to debut its full 2015-spec challenger at the post-Austrian Grand Prix test, before racing it for the first time at Silverstone.Force India has been on the back foot since the start of the year, with its underdeveloped VJM08 chassis only hitting the track at the third and final pre-season test.Having targeted the midway point of the season, the team has now stated to GPUpdate.net that it plans to test the car at the Red Bull Ring and race it from Silverstone.Despite the circumstances, Nico Hülkenberg and Sergio Pérez have combined to score 21 points over the first seven races, enough for seventh in the Constructors' standings.
