Palmer to run in FP1 for next five races

Lotus reserve driver Jolyon Palmer will be given additional chances to impress the team after it was confirmed he will participate in Free Practice One for the next five Grands Prix. Palmer joined the team following his championship-winning campaign in the GP2 Series, with a view to securing a drive in Formula One in the near future. His stint as reserve driver has already seen him complete free practice outings in China, Bahrain and Spain.
