Nico Hulkenberg: “We are making good progress”

Nico Hulkenberg secured his first points since the season opener in Australia on Sunday, as the Sahara Force India driver drove a strong race to eighth at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Canada. The German driver was happy to return to the points, admitting it was not the most entertaining race he has ever participated in, with his only moment of contention coming when he spun whilst trying to defend his position from the Scuderia Ferrari of Sebastian Vettel at the chicane.
