Toro Rosso unsurprised by struggle

Red Bull/Getty Images Toro Rosso pair Carlos Sainz Jr. and Max Verstappen say they expected to struggle at the Canadian Grand Prix as neither driver finished in the points. Sainz Jr. completed the race in 12th position while Verstappen was hindered by his early time penalty as he collected 15th place.
