Alonso explains Montreal F1 radio outburst

Fernando Alonso says he disobeyed McLaren's orders to save fuel during the Canadian Grand Prix because he was trying to have some fun fighting with other drivers. The McLaren star was advised to save fuel more than once during the race, but was heard on the radio saying he did not want to do it and that McLaren was "looking like amateurs". "I don't want, I don't want," said Alonso on the radio. "I have really big problems now, driving with these and looking like amateurs "So I race and then I concentrate on the fuel."
