Hamilton beats Rosberg to Canadian GP victory

Lewis Hamilton stormed to his fourth Canadian Grand Prix victory, beating team-mate Nico Rosberg by 2.2 seconds. Valtteri Bottas completed the podium for Williams. Conditions were clear and dry for the start of the Canadian Grand Prix. It was a mixed up grid, with several quick cars – like Felipe Massa and Sebastian Vettel – at the back of the pack and two penalties handed out before the race had even begun. Hamilton lined up on pole position at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, ahead of Nico Rosberg, Kimi Raikkonen and Valtteri Bottas. Off the line, Hamilton ahd a strong start to lead into Turn 1.
