Verstappen lands another penalty with engine change

Max Verstappen is set to start from the back of the grid for the Canadian Grand Prix after Toro Rosso opted to change his engine ahead of qualifying. The rookie was already destined to start five places lower than his qualifying position as punishment for his collision with Romain Grosjean in the Monaco Grand Prix, so Toro Rosso have opted to take the additional penalty hit for changing to his fifth Renault power unit. The first driver to have used up his allocation of engines in 2015, it means Verstappen will now need to qualify fifth to avoid starting last on the grid at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.
