Hamilton tops opening Montreal practice
– Lewis Hamilton led Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg during Friday's first practice session for the Canadian Grand Prix, as the Silver Arrows held a considerable early advantage over the rest of the field.Hamilton worked his way down to a 1:16.212 on Pirelli's Soft compound tyre, four tenths of a second faster than Rosberg.Hamilton and Rosberg posted their times despite numerous off track excursions, including a spin for Hamilton at the hairpin.Romain Grosjean, also powered by the leading Mercedes power unit, finished third fastest in his Lotus, 1.5s adrift of Hamilton.Force India's Nico Hülkenberg ensured an all Mercedes-powered top four, just ahead of Ferrari driver Sebastian...
