Ferrari, Honda upgrade power units
– Ferrari and Honda have both elected to use some of their power unit upgrade tokens ahead of this weekend's Canadian Grand Prix, a technical directive issued by the FIA's Charlie Whiting has confirmed.Following the discovery of a loophole, existing manufacturers Mercedes, Ferrari and Renault were given permission to spread their 32 tokens over the course of the season.At the start of the campaign, Renault still had 12 tokens available, Ferrari 10 and Mercedes 7, with newcomer Honda on nine, an average of the other three engine suppliers.In the run up to the Montreal event, Ferrari has used three of these tokens, while Honda has used up two, meaning both manufacturers are now left...
