Mosley labels Formula 1 driver salaries 'absurd'

Former FIA president Max Mosley has labelled the amount Formula 1 drivers are now being paid as 'absurd'. The Briton's comments come after news that Lewis Hamilton is reportedly earning £100 million ($140m) throughout his new three-year contract with Mercedes. Meanwhile Fernando Alonso, Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel all earn a similar amount to Hamilton, leading to Mosley suggesting that drivers are too interested in earning more than the "other guy".
