Grosjean hoping to find right balance
– Lotus driver Romain Grosjean says he is hoping to find the right balance as he bids to improve his sketchy record at the Monaco Grand Prix next weekend.Grosjean retired from the event in 2012 and 2013 - the latter after a weekend in which he crashed multiple times - but last year finished in eighth place to record one of only two top 10 finishes in 2014."It's like an unofficial French Grand Prix first of all," he said. "It's great to see so much French support every year and there are so many flags and banners. It's a very challenging circuit and unique on the calendar."As a driver you have to stay calm and relaxed on a track that doesn't allow for any mistakes....
