Ocon to test with Force India in Spain

Mercedes-affiliated driver Esteban Ocon will test with the Sahara Force India team at the Circuit de Catalunya this week after Pascal Wehrlein withdrew from his testing duties due to illness. Ocon, who won the opening race of the GP3 Series season last weekend at the track for ART Grand Prix, will take over the car on Wednesday, with Nick Yelloly now driving on Tuesday having originally been scheduled to participate on day two. The reigning FIA European Formula 3 Champion was signed by Mercedes-Benz to be a part of its young driver programme last week, and is officially the reserve driver for their DTM Series team on top of his GP3 commitments.
