Hamilton ahead as Friday practice ends at Barcelona

Lewis Hamilton was the fastest man at Barcelona when the second and last practice session of the day came to an end. Sebastian Vettel was second fastest, fourth tenths away from the reigning World Champion. Rosberg, who was fastest in the morning was third fastest in second practice, ahead of the second Ferrari of Kimi Raikkonen. Still, Rosberg's time of FP1, run on hards amid much cooler conditions proved fastest overall. Daniil Kvyat meanwhile was holding the flag for Red Bull Racing. He set the 5th best lap on the medium tyres as team mate Daniel Ricciardo was sat in the pitlane as the team were changing his Renault power unit.
