Alonso: I said no to Ferrari offer to stay until 2019

Fernando Alonso has hit back at former Ferrari boss Luca di Montezemolo's claim that the Spaniard was 'dark and moody' last year, and revealed that the Maranello outfit made him an offer to stay with the team until the end of this decade. Although the Italian team's long-time president is also no longer wearing red, Montezemolo claimed he participated in the decision to look into the future with Sebastian Vettel. Alonso hit back on Thursday.
