Verstappen eyes Toro Rosso boost in Austria

Red Bull/Getty Images Max Verstappen says that Toro Rosso's major upgrade package won't be arriving until the Austrian Grand Prix, but remains confident that the Italian squad can still compete for points. Verstappen scored points in Malaysia but retired from races in Australia, China and Bahrain due to mechanical glitches. With this weekend's event in Spain a traditional time for Formula 1 teams to introduce major upgrade packages, Verstappen says that Toro Rosso is holding off until next month's race at the Red Bull Ring.
