Vettel made ‘just too many mistakes’ – Arrivabene

Ferrari team Principal Maurizio Arrivabene says that Sebastian Vettel made too many mistakes during the Bahrain GP. The German he could only manage fifth place after mistakes while he was fighting with Nico Rosberg for third. Vettel perfectly made a good start and keep his position, but faded in the opening spell with some off-track tour. The costly mistake was when he ran across the gravel at the final turn while under pressure from Nico Rosberg later in the race, which led to a damaged front wing and an unscheduled pit stop. “It was not complicated,” Arrivabene said. “We had a clear strategy for the two drivers and then Seb made two little mistakes.
