Engine anti-kill cost Maldonado time in pits

+ Pastor Maldonado says he lost time and positions when the engine anti-kill triggered during his third pit stop during the Bahrain Grand Prix. The Lotus driver pitted on lap 43 for his third stop, but was forced to sit in his pit box for a long time while the engine reset and restarted. For a while it looked like Maldonado’s race was over but the team managed to get him back out on track, allowing him to come home a lowly 15th. “Unfortunately the engine anti-kill triggered when I came in to make my final pit stop which cost me a lot of time.
