Hamilton charges to victory – Race Report

Lewis Hamilton takes victory in Bahrain after a late charge from Kimi Raikkonen falls just three seconds short of victory. As the lights went out Lewis Hamilton was quick away and left Sebastian Vettel to fend off Nico Rosberg. Closing the door firmly on the inside of turn one forced Rosberg back into Kimi Raikkonen, who duly overtook the Mercedes on the outside of turn one. As the field diced f position, lap one ended with Hamilton leading from Vettel, Raikkonen, Rosberg, Bottas, Ricciardo, Grosjean, Hulkenberg, Ericsson, Sainz.
