Renault takes responsibility for China failures

Renault has raised its hands and accepted responsibility for the failures of Daniil Kvyat and Max Verstappen at the Chinese Grand Prix on Sunday and warned that it feared a repeat this weekend in Bahrain. Kvyat's race ended after the engine in his Red Bull went kaput on lap 16 while Verstappen's went out in a similar plume of smoke four laps from the end when the rookie teenager was running P8. 'It's a disappointing way to end what was being a great race!' remarked Verstappen.
