Williams say rear tyre life paramount for Bahrain success

Heading to the hot and dusty climes of Sakhir, Williams' Rob Smedley and Valtteri Bottas have both pointed to the rear tyres as being an important factor to getting a good result in Bahrain. 'The track surface is quite rough which has a huge effect on the tyres, so looking after them becomes a priority.' said Bottas ahead of the weekend. 'This can lead to quicker cars being bunched up and we have to take every chance that is on offer to overtake.' Williams have had a slightly more low-key start to the 2015 season than they would have liked after ending 2014 competing with Mercedes.
