Ricciardo braced for engine penalties

– Daniel Ricciardo says he is braced for grid penalties this season after Renault was forced to fit a third Internal Combustion Engine to his Red Bull RB11 prior to the Chinese Grand Prix.Six components make up the power unit and drivers are permitted four versions of each part across the duration of the season. But if a fifth version is used a driver is handed a 10 place grid penalty and Ricciardo fears that future sanctions are inevitable."I think we are going to get copped at least with one [penalty]," said Ricciardo, who finished in seventh place at the Chinese Grand Prix.
