Daniel Ricciardo's Martial Arts of F1 (video)

On Wednesday, Daniel was at Guyi Gardens, in Nanxiang. Guyi is a haven of tranquillity, and is one of Shanghai's most famous classical gardens. Daniel, however, wasn't there to smell the roses; rather he would wind down from his flight with a light martial arts workout with local expert, Mr Yang. While touring the lakes, bridges and pavilions of the Guyi Gardens, Daniel also went through various stretching exercises, followed by high kicks and flat palm exercises in front of a gathering crowd.
