Lotus boss says F1 equalisation talk is premature

Amid much talk of equalisation to reign in the dominance of Formula 1 world champions Mercedes, Lotus deputy team principal Federico Gastaldi believes implementing radical measures at the pinnacle of the sport is too premature. Speaking in the wake of a highly entertaining race at Sepang last time out, Gastaldi said, 'The Malaysian Grand Prix was a great race in terms of the spectacle on track and if we have races like that for the rest of the season we’re in for a pretty good time!'
