Jordá backs 'fantastic' proposal for female F1 series

Lotus development driver Carmen Jordá backs Bernie Ecclestone's latest proposal, which is to introduce an all-female version of Formula 1. The 84-year-old has put forward the idea of a female championship which would run alongside, but seperate to, the current championship which would then be limited to men only. Whilst some have dismissed the idea, the FIA is believed to be open to it - following proper research - whilst Jordá reckons it would be "fantastic".
