Vettel's Win Sends Warning Shot To Mercedes

Sebastian Vettel's Malaysian victory may have been a fairytale story for those caught up in Michael Schumacher comparisons, but with it, Ferrari have sent a clear warning signal to Mercedes that things won't necessarily all go their own way this year. Malaysia 2014 was the first race we have seen since the 2013 Brazilian Grand Prix that anyone other than a Mercedes has won on merit. 'Fast, relentless, focussed'; an apt description of the race winner. 'Snatching an unexpected victory that shouldn't have been' would be another.
