McLaren's Power Unit Causes Double Retirement

Despite problems with their new Honda power unit causing a double retirement, the team and drivers seem remarkably upbeat about their weekend in Malaysia and the future. Jenson Button, having out qualified Fernando Alonso was stopped by a turbo problem, and had worked his way up to the midfield before his retirement. ‘We are actually racing people and closing on the pack in front,' he told media, ‘In the last stint it was quite a lot of fun. You can see where the strengths and weaknesses are, and it is quite apparent compared to the Force India.
