Vettel stuns Mercedes with Malaysian GP win.

In a perfect deployment of strategy, Ferrari and Sebastian Vettel pulled off a miracle in Sepang to not only win the Malaysian Grand Prix, but inject some fight to the 2015 Mercedes juggernaut. Track temperature began at 62 degrees – easily the hottest it’s been all weekend. With the promise of cooler temperatures later in the day, some teams may have been opting to cool their heels rather than roll the dice going for ultimate pace early on. Pirelli’s Paul Hembery indicated that while a two-stop strategy may be possible, it was more than likely three stops were on the cards.
