Stevens scratched ahead of Malaysian GP
Will Stevens will be a non-starter for the Malaysian Grand Prix after the fuel-pressure problems that halted his qualifying session were unable to be resolved by the Manor team. Both Stevens and team-mate Roberto Merhi were cleared to race by the FIA after setting times within 107 per cent during practice sessions earlier in the weekend. Manor tweeted the unfortunate news 50 minutes before race start. 'Sadly Will is unable to start today's race as we have not been able to get on top of the fuel system problem from yesterday' it read.
