Lauda: Ferrari are coming
Hours after Sebastian Vettel split the Mercedes drivers in qualifying, Niki Lauda has warned that 'Ferrari are coming.' Following last year's insipid campaign in which Ferrari managed just two podiums and never once made it onto the front row of the grid, this year they appear to be second best behind Mercedes. Not only did Sebastian Vettel claim a podium on his Ferrari debut in Australia but the German will start Sunday's Malaysian Grand Prix P2 on the grid. As such, Mercedes non-executive director Lauda has warned that Ferrari are the team to keep an eye on. 'Ferrari are coming,' he told The Guardian.
