Abiteboul: Renault contemplating F1 exit

Renault Sport Managing Director, Cyril Abiteboul, confirmed that Renault are looking into 'a lot' of options regarding their F1 future, including quitting the sport altogether. Speaking in the Malaysian Grand Prix Friday press conference, Abiteboul was asked about the options Renault had in Formula One regarding their engine supply, where he revealed their options are being weighed up. 'I can confirm that we are looking at a lot of options, including getting out of Formula One,' admitted Abiteboul.
