Smedley: ‘Williams can out-develop the field'

With young Finn Valtteri Bottas set to rejoin teammate Felipe Massa on the grid after a disastrous start to his 2015 campaign, Williams looks set to challenge for the top spots behind Mercedes once again.  Indeed, despite an Australian Grand Prix that saw the Brazilian slip behind Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel mid-race, Williams team principal Rob Smedley is confident that the Grove outfit will show improvement in Sepang. “We know the strengths of our car, and Melbourne doesn’t play to them. It will definitely be more suited to the track in Malaysia,” Smedley said. “As it is a purpose built circuit, we should be able to see more of the strengths of the FW37.” Smedley also tips...
