Giedo van der Garde and Sauber have reached a settlement which has seen has driver contract ended by mutual consent. The Dutchman took the Swiss team to court to claiming he had a deal to drive in 2015 and successfully won cases at the Arbitration Institution in Switzerland and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
