Horner: Renault power unit ‘undriveable'
+ Christian Horner has branded Renault’s power unit “undriveable” after a difficult Australian Grand Prix. Red Bull’s Daniel Ricciardo finished a lapped sixth at the 2015 season opener, the best of the two Renault-powered cars to finish the race. According to Horner, the Renault engine is badly down on power, and the Red Bull boss is concerned that the French firm seems to have taken a step back since the end of 2014. “It’s been a very tough weekend for Renault,” Horner said. “We’re probably 100bhp down on Mercedes at the moment.
