Manor escape punishment
Manor will not be punished for failing to run in qualifying for the Australian GP after stewards deemed they had done all they could. Although Manor were in Melbourne for this weekend's season-opening grand prx, neither Will Stevens nor Roberto Merhi put in even a single lap in any of the practice sessions. It culminant in a no-show in qualifying and again in Sunday's grand prix but despite this Manor will not be penalised. The Australian GP stewards, who were given information by both the team and the FIA's technical delegate, determined that there had 'not been a breah of Articl 13.2'.
