Toro Rosso's Sainz excited for Formula 1 debut

Carlos Sainz says he is excited to begin his Formula 1 career starting this weekend with Toro Rosso at the first race of 2015 in Australia. 12 months ago the Spaniard was preparing for the Formula Renault 3.5 season with DAMS, where he would go on to claim the drivers' title. Now with Formula 1 team Toro Rosso, Sainz is gearing up for his first Australian Grand Prix. The Spanish rookie has never raced around Albert Park and accepts it will be a difficult challenge to be competitive from the off but the 20-year-old is relishing that task. “I have never been to Australia, so I am really looking forward to my first visit to the country and to Melbourne,” Sainz said. “I have never seen...
