Sainz Jr expects 'tough' F1 debut in Australia

Carlos Sainz Jr says he is expecting his debut Formula 1 race weekend in Australia to be 'tough'. The Spaniard will compete in his maiden F1 race this weekend at the Albert Park Circuit, as will his Toro Rosso team-mate Max Verstappen. Having never driven the temporary track, Sainz Jr is predicting a difficult debut. 'I have never been to Australia, so I am really looking forward to my first visit to the country and the city of Melbourne, because everyone has told me a lot of good things about it,' he said.
