Van Der Garde succeeds in court case against Sauber

Giedo Van Der Garde has been successful in his court case against Sauber. Following his court action against Sauber Formula One team, Van Der Garde has been successful in his quest to return to a Formula 1 seat. Meeting at the Supreme Court of Victoria today, Van Der Garde's verdict is that the court have ordered that Sauber uphold their end of the contract signed with Giedo. Addressing the verdict, lawyers said that an email has been sent to Sauber Motorsport AG, which has gone unresponded to. The court has called on Sauber to honour their agreement with Giedo Van Der Garde. The order means that Sauber are legally obliged to replace either Felipe Nasr or Marcus Ericsson with the Dutch...
