Merhi lands second Manor Marussia seat

– Manor Marussia has announced former Formula 3 Euro Series champion Roberto Merhi as the occupant of its second race seat for this weekend's season-opening Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.The 23-year-old Spaniard will make his Formula 1 debut alongside the already confirmed Will Stevens.Merhi has limited experience in Formula 1 machinery, comprising three Friday practice appearances for the now defunct Caterham team at last year's Italian, Japanese and Russian Grands Prix.It is not yet clear how many races Merhi's initial agreement involves, with Manor Marussia only stating that he has been signed for the "opening rounds" of the campaign.Jordan King, son of interim...
